The first squad training as the Road to Rhodes begins! With Sensei Matt having been selected to represent England in the upcoming World Championships in October 2024 in Kata and Kumite.

It was a great session, and certainly a great first introduction for some of our team to the good folks over at WKU. Thoroughly enjoyed by all, and a great opportunity for Matt to coach the Kumite squad alongside Sensei Aaron of Ipswich Sport Karate Club (ISKC).
