Kata – Gi and belt

Kumite & Points – Feet pads (insteps) and shins, groin guard (males), gum shield, headguard (optional for adults in Kumite). Kumite mitts and/or points mitts, depending on which fighting disciplines you are entering for. Contact Flick or visit the shop to purchase kit.
