In January 2024 Oubaitori Karate Club hosted its first seminar, with Owen King – 4x World Kickboxing Champion, and an amazing day was had by all!
Covering points and light contact, the seminar was a great day and a hard shift for everybody. Plenty of drilling and sparring, and lots of excellent advice and wisdom from Owen.
