For WKU and WAKO Competitions 10oz gloves are required.
For the Peterborough Championship Series (PCS) Light Con it is weight based:
25-40kg – 6oz-8oz
45-60kg – 10-12oz
65-80kg – 12oz
85kg+ – 14oz
For use of training in class we would recommend 14oz.
